The main aim of this minisite is to provide customers a greater autonomy to diagnose and solve a full range of issues in an easy way. This process is simple and available from a PC or any mobile device. Once the remote model and the LED status are chosen, the tool guides step by step to the solution. For more complex problems, the minisite includes videos with additional information. We invite our customers to contact their Ikusi official distributor.
